"Lottie Mae Wolford, 84, of Marshall, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004, at The Living Center in Marshall. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Weiker Funeral Home in Slater. Rev. Robert Sisney will officiate. Burial will be in the Slater City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.

Born Aug. 9, 1920, in Gilliam, she was the daughter of the late William O. and Annie Fizer Sinnett. On Jan. 1, 1940, she married David W. Wolford, who preceded her in death on Feb. 28, 2002. She was a member of the Slater Church of God and a longtime resident of Marshall.

Survivors include two sons, Donald Wolford of Marshall and James Wolford of Independence; one sister, Cora Wolford of Marshall; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters."
