William E. Fenstermaker, 76, retired storekeeper, died Monday afternoon in his home, 531 Broad St., Emmaus. He operated a grocery store next door to his home for 18 years before he retired seven years ago. He was a charter member of Emaus Fire Co. No. 1 and a member of Emaus Owls Nest No. 1362. Born in Longswamp Township, Berks County, he was a son of the late Henry and Eliza Poh Fenstermaker. Surviving with his wife, the former Miss Hattie Cook, are a daughter Marguerite, wife of Charles Lester of Emmaus, and a granddaughter, Miss Patricia Lester of Emmaus.
