Charles Dipprey Funeral services for Charles Dipprey, 84, of Kress, Texas, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Bartley Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Kerry Drake officiating. Burial will follow in Lockney Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Dipprey died Tuesday April 28, 2015, in Kress. He was born Feb. 22, 1931, in Seymour, Texas, to John Warden "Boots" and Daisy Mae (Welch) Dipprey. He is survived by three daughters, Deelane and Larry Buske of Kress, Charla and Ron Carthel of Lockney, and Lisa and Jackie Scott of Kress; one brother, Dub and Doylene Dipprey of Lockney; ninie grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by both parents; his wife, Betty Dipprey; and one sister, Collene Mahagan.
