DEATH CLAIMS AGED WOMAN
Mrs. Nannie Crumpaker will be buried at Gatewood Thursday.
GATEWOOD, March 5, 1940, Mrs. Nannie Ailiff Crumpacker, 88, died at the home of her son, W.T. Ailiff, here Monday. She had been ill for the past 5 weeks.

Mrs. Crumpacker, a native of Virginia, was a member of the Dunkard Church. Surviving are two brothers, Joe and James Glover, of Roanoke: a sister, Mrs. Mary Collins, Salem, Va.; and children; M.K. Ailiff, Shawsville, Va.; J.M. Ailiff and Mrs. J. W. Cunningham, Delorme, WV; W.T. Ailiff, Gatewood: Mrs. E.L. Moore, Roanoke: Mrs. F.A. Pendleton, Charlottesville, Va.; and Mrs Nanny N. Osely, Oak hill. 47 grandchildren adn 57 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be hild in the Brethren Church at Gatewood, Wednesday afternoon at 2 pm by teh Rev. E.L. Clower, of Gatewood. Burial wil be made in the Pleasant View Cemetery at Gatewood.
