"Mrs. Catharine Nulf, better know as Aunt Kate, widow of the celebrated hunter, Geo. Nulf, died of old age at her home, at five o'clock P.M., on Thursday of last week. Deceased was ninety five (sic) years old, and lived to see children of the fifth generation ten years old. Her eight daughters, all of whom are living, are all grandmothers. The oldest, Sallie Silvis, is the great grandmother of eighteen children. Some two hundred relatives and many friends followed her remains to Brandy Camp last Saturday, where she was gently laid to rest by the side of her long since departed husband. In our next, we will give the number of her children, grand children, great grandchildren, and great great grand children. "
