She is a member of the Lyons Park Baptist Church.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Tessie Skelton, Mrs. Mary Housewright, both of Church Hill, Mrs. Annie Boyd, Mrs. Sally Gray, both of Kingsport; four sons, Johnnie, Hugh, Jimmie Marsh, all of Church Hill, Joe Marsh, Rogersville; step-mother, Mrs. Lindy Wilmoth, Kingsport; one half sister; one half brother; 22 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Elm Springs Methodist Church with Rev. T. H. Franklin, Rev. Kenneth Greene, Rev. Lewis Shuler, and Rev. Robert Philips officiating.
Burial was in the Elm Springs Cemetery.
