Mom died very peacefully at home, comforted by her family, on January 20, 2010. Jeanne was born to Lester and Bess Hudson on Feb. 11, 1924 in North Dakota. The family moved to Puyallup, Washington and later Jeanne went through nurse’s training at Tacoma General Hospital. She married Bill Naubert (deceased 9/20/03) on Sep. 4, 1948. They moved to Lakewood and raised six children. All surviving children are: Terry Taylor (Don) Oars and sons Adrian and Aaron, Cindy (Jim) Leeder, and daughters Jessica, Kelley and Lindsay; Bill (Debra) Naubert and sons Nick and Sean; Carol Naubert; Molly Carey and daughters Jillian and Abby; Mark (Cary) Naubert and children Charlie, Martha, and Emily, as well as 4 great-grandchildren. Jeanne worked at the House of Fabrics for many years and volunteered at St. Frances Cabrini. She loved her garden, flowers, and the close circle of friends with whom she maintained a lifelong relationship. Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Fr. Richard Spicer at St. Frances Cabrini, at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 26th, 2010, followed by reception. Entombment at Calvary Cloisters. Many thanks go to Sound Options and Multicare Hospice.
