d 2 Feb 1859

The records place Mary "Polly" Connor Webb as the daughter of John Connor & his 1st wife Mary ( ). They lived in Virginia then to Mercer Co & Woodford Cos in Kentucky to Boone Co., Ky.

While living in Woodford Co, Ky - Mary "Polly" married Edward Webb on 8 Aug 1792

Her brother Philemon Connor *ARW pensioner* is also buried in the Webb Cemetery, along with other Connor relatives.

19 Oct 1801.. On motion of Lucy Conner, widow of John Conner dec'd praying that a non-cupative will of the said dec'd made in his last illness, may be proven and admitted to record. Edward & Polly Webb swore that on 1 Aug last they heard the sd John Conner say that it was his will and desire that all his personal estate and land (except 100 acres that he had given to his sons Reuben & John) should remain with his wife's possession during her life and that afterwards should be equal division among his children except for the sd John & Reuben. Thereupon came into court the heirs & representatives of the sd dec'd

and they gave their consent whereupon adm of sd estate was granted to John & Reuben Connor.

Eight of the heirs sold their portion of the land to John Conner and wife Polly (Dicken) on 16 March 1811.
On 8 April 1811 John Conner and wife Polly sold this land to Robert Willis...the land was on the waters of Garrison run. (Garrison Run is in Boone Co., and empties into the Ohio river.)
On 12 September 1818 the remaining 2 of the 10 heirs now being of age sold their share of the land to John Conner who then sold it to Robert Willis.
The heirs are listed as follows:
(1) Philemon Conner,
Thomas Whitaker & (2) Elizabeth Whitaker,
Edward Webb & (3) Polly Webb,
(4) Lewis Conner,
Allen Crisler & (5) Fanny Crisler,
Thomas Yowell & (6) Lucy Yowell,
(7) Daniel Conner,
Joshua Crigler & (8) Sally Crigler
(9) William and (10) James Conner were the two that later sold their share when they came of age by 1818.
NOTE: John Conner & Reuben Conner did not inherit this land from John Conner, the father had deeded them land prior to his death (see his will)
