W. J. “Dub” Moore, 82, passed away Friday, April 24, 2015, at Paris Regional Medical Center.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 27th, at the Cross Branch Cowboy Church in Emberson with Rev. Tim Couch officiating. Burial will follow in Garretts Bluff Cemetery.
Mr. Moore, the son of Tonie & Gladys Brinlee Moore, was born Sept. 18, 1932, in Garretts Bluff.
He proudly served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Belenda Reneé Moore, his parents, and three sisters, Margie Moore Mills, Lillie Mae Moore Donaldson and Martha Moore Vandergriff.
Survivors include a daughter, a granddaughter, three brothers, three sisters, a chosen son, along with a multitude of nieces & nephews and great nieces & great nephews.
