Margaret Ann Martin age 88 of Massillon passed away Friday at Rose Lane Health Care. Margaret was born February 18, 1918 in Massillon to the late Ted & Lena (Moore) Scott. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband Rufus Martin (1982), a sister Jennibelle Dutchess (2002), and a brother Robert Scott, who received the Congressional Medal of Honor at Pearl Harbor.

She is survived by a daughter Teri Paradeses of Alemeda, CA, three sons: Richard Martin of Brewster, Mike (Juanita) Martin of Massillon and Dave Martin of Massillon. A sister, Gloria (Joe) Silvestre of Massillon. Grandchildren: Tom Paradeses, Mike Martin Jr., Christopher Martin, Brian Gregg, Khrystie Martin and Richard Martin. Great-grandchildren: Kevin, Brett, Hunter.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, at 1:00 p.m. at the Massillon Cemetery. Rev. Leslie Peine will be officiating.
