DRESDEN - Robert Eugene Gardner, 68, retired Air Force sergeant, died July 26 in Warner Robins, Ga. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. James CME Church with burial in Sunrise Cemetery. Bowlin Funeral Home has charge. He was a Vietnam War veteran and a member of American Legion Post 594. Mr. Gardner, the husband of Jo Jean Edwards Gardner, also leaves two daughters, Cheryl J. Mark of La Plata, Md., and Christa L. Gardner of Warner Robins; three brothers, Raymond Gardner of Dresden, and James Gardner and William Gardner, both of Lansing, Mich., four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
