Memorial services for Donald TeSelle, 80, of Palestine, Texas are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Carroll Springs Cemetery near Athens.

Mr. TeSelle passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 in Athens, Texas.

He was born May 8, 1934 in Firth, Nebraska the son of Gerrit H. TeSelle and Pearl Edna Spellman TeSelle. He served in the Naval Reserve and soon after married the love of his life; Bonnie Elaine Fritchie on July 25, 1953. He was an avid outdoorsman and gun enthusiast who enjoyed hunting and family camping vacations. He loved NASCAR racing and spending time with family on Saturday and Sunday afternoons watching the races and relaxing on the back porch. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and will be missed by all he knew and loved.

He is survived by his loving wife, three children, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a special niece.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made in Donald’s memory to:
