GLEASON - Lowell Thomas Roberts, 93, retired farmer, died Saturday night at Martin Health Care Center in Martin after a short illness. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Gallimore Funeral Home with burial in Hopewell Cemetery. He was a member of Gleason Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Gleason Masonic Lodge. Roberts, the husband of Esther Roberts, also leaves four daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Kitchen of Thonotoassa, Fla., Mrs. Mary Frances Blackburn of Greenfield, Mrs. Imogene Childers of Milan, Mrs. Martha Oliver of Dresden; two sons, Lowell T. Roberts Jr. of Memphis and G. W. Roberts of Milan, 18 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
