David was born in Atlanta, Il., the son of Roy C. and Maxine Wright Altic. He married Dorothy Busse in Sept. 30, 1988. He was in the Army and was a tinner the the central shop with Caterpillar for many years.
He is survived by two sons, both in Bloomington.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one brother.
