LONDON. On Tuesday Night laft died, after a long and painful Illnefs, at Hitcham in the County of Bucks, John Penn, Efq; the eldest of the furviving Sons of William Penn, Efq; late Proprietary of the Province of Penfilvania. He dying without Issue his Eftate in Penfilvania defcends to this next Brother, Thomas Penn, Efq; who for many Years refided in that Province for carrying on the Settlement thereof, upon the Foundation which was laid by their Father.

My dear sister, Mary Freame; my servant, John Travers; my old and worthy servant, Thomas Penn; servant, Hannah Roberts; Jane Aldrige, wife of Henry Aldrige of White Waltham Co. of Berks; nephew, John Penn, eldest son of brother Richard; my late grandfather, Thomas Callowhill; by dear brother, Richard Penn; my dear brother, Thomas Penn; Thomas Hyam and David Barclay, friends of London; nephew Richard Penn 2nd, son of brother Richard Penn; niece Hannah Penn; my sister, Margaret Freame; my niece, Philadelphia Hannah Freame; my great niece, Mary Margaretta Fell; my nephew of the half blood (William Penn of Cork, Eng.); Springett Penn, the eldest son of said William Penn; Christian Gulielma Penn, dau. of sd.
