T. Kelly Vance Sr., 75, Mtn. Lake Park, founder and owner of Kelly's Appliance and Furniture store, died Sunday, April 17, 1994 at Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland. He had operated the Mtn. Lake Park store for more than 30 years, until his retirement in 1984.
Born June 5, 1918, in Whitmer, W.Va., he was the son of the late William and Martha (Rodeman) Vance. He was also preceded in death by one son, James E. Vance Sr., in 1974.
He was a member of the Faith Evangelical Free Church, Mt. Lake Park.
Survivors include his wife Betty D. Vance; three daughters, three sons, one step-daughter, 18 grandchildren; two-step-grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.
Interment was at Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
