John G. (Jack) Jones, 82, passed away Sunday April 12th, 2015 with close friends and family by his side at his daughter's home in Texas.Jack was born on August 22, 1933 in Bentonsport, Iowa to Robert Emmett and Elizabeth Annie Davies Jones. He retired from Delavan's Steel Treating Corporation as Production Manager in 1995. His hobbies included traveling, camping, and fishing.He was preceded in death by his wife Rita, parents, two sisters, and a son.He is survived by daughters, Janet (Jerry) Wratchford of Nevada, Texas, Patricia (Jim) Eagan of Burlington, and Robbin Gunn of Covington, Georgia; and son, John E. (Carla) Jones of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Roberta (Bill) Logsdon of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
