LAKE VIEW - Mr. Richard Ammons died Thursday, April 16, 2015 at McLeod Medical Center of Florence after an illness.
A funeral service will be Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Lake View First Baptist Church with burial to follow at Lake View Cemetery.
Mr. Ammons was born September 7, 1954 in Mullins, son of the late Allen and Alice Mildred Cooke Ammons.
Mr. Ammons is survived by his wife, Janet; two sons, Brian Ammons (Crystel) and Kevin Ammons (Melissa); a brother, Bobby Ammons; three sisters, Rosalie Watts, Linda Potts, and Diane Chosen; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
