William Ralston McGinnis of Magnolia Street in San Bernardino, born in Emlenton, Pennsylvania, had lived in San Bernardino for 52 years, died Saturday in San Bernardino at the age of 83. He was the owner of McGinnis Garage on Court Street for over 30 years and was a former employee of Santa Fe Railway. He was a member of Phoenix Lodge 178 F and AM for 50 years and long-time member of the First Congregational Church. He was survived by his son, William T. McGinnis of Keokuk, Iowa and four grandchildren. Funeral services are set for Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel with burial to follow in Montecito Memorial Park.
