Although several records indicate that Willie Fairfax died in Virginia, the Death notes referenced above states that he was "Overseas 6/15/18 to death...." Research by Contributor suef (#47116378) confirms that Willie died in France rather than Virginia. According to her research, he was originally buried in France, but was returned to the U.S. and buried here in June of 1921 (10/2023).
