Robert Paul Reddy, 80, Anderson, died Dec. 19, 2011, at Saint John's Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 18, 1931, in Anderson, and was a lifelong resident.
Robert served proudly with United States Army. He retired as a tool designer at Delco Remy Division of General Motors, Plant 18, in 1984.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Janet (Grady) Reddy; children, Tim Reddy, Kelly (Jason) Shirley and Dana Davis; sisters, Barbara Rector and Patricia Reddy; three grandchildren, Danielle Swafford, Eric Jarrett and Ryan Shirley; one great-granddaughter, Kinley Swafford; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert P. and Catherine (Huberti) Reddy; a son, Mark Davis; and sister, Veronica Moore.
