Yesterday morning at 6:30 Louis P. Adams, a well known and highly respected young man of this city, died at the residence of his father, Jacob Adams, 60 South Washington Street. Deceased had been suffering for several months past with dropsy of the chest. He was born in this city Nov. 16, 1861. He leaves a host of friends who sincerely mourn his loss. Funeral from the residence of his father Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Deceased was a grandson of Jacob Jacoby, who died at the same house on Sunday. The funeral of Mr. Jacoby will be postponed until Wednesday when both funerals will take place at 2 pm.
