She is survived by her husband John Oberle, sons Chris (Nancy) Oberle of Festus, Eric (Mary) Oberle of Olympian Village, Missouri and Matthew (Vicki) Oberle of Ironton, Missouri, sister Inez (the late Don) Hampel of Festus, grandchildren Ryan and Adam Dolan, Tiffany Mehler, Nico, Connor and Braden Oberle and 3 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by sisters Theresa Irene (the late Rudolph "Rudy") Linderer, Marilyn (the late Chester "Chay") Charleville and Jean Marie (the late William) Westhoff, brothers Richard "Dick" (the late Helen) Alcott, Joe Alcott, Edward Alcott and Don (Selma Braun survives) Alcott.
She served in the U.S. Army as a general secretary in France and Germany during the Korean War. She was a member of Church of Our Lady in Festus and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in DeSoto, Missouri and a longtime bookkeeper for F.W. Harter Plumbing Company in Festus.
