John "Jack" R. Burke Jr., 73, of Shaler, died Friday, April 3, 2015.
He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia (Behr) Burke; father of John R. Burke III, Brian P. Burke, and Jacquelyn P. (J.C.) Cerny; grandfather of John IV, Jaiden, James, Meghan, Joshua, and Maria; brother of Ronald (Renna) Burke, Kevin (Karen Swinand) Burke, and the late Maureen (surviving Rich) Lane.
Jack was a retired Port Authority Bus Driver and school bus driver for North Hills.
The family will welcome friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME INC., 388 Center Ave., West View, PA 15229.
Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Bonaventure Church with the Rev. Thomas J. Burke, cousin of the family, as celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Good Samaritan Hospice, 3500 Brooktree Road, Suite No. 320, Wexford, PA 15090.
