Breeding, Jay Scott, born May 29 1967, in Denver, Colo., died April 3, 2015, in Wichita, Kan. Survived by wife, Maile Kay Breeding; children, Taylor Shade, Holden Breeding, Hunter Breeding, Camron Breeding, Cody Breeding; mother, Karen Bartel, all of Wichita; father, Bill Breeding of Shallotte, N.C.; and sister, Kristin Fierbaugh of Fayetteville, Ga. Scott attended Wichita North High School. He was employed at Wesley Hospital as a security *guard, was a former Wichita police officer, and served as a volunteer firefighter for Sedgwick County. Scott was deeply loved by all of his family and friends. He was the most proud of his greatest accomplishments, his children. Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, at Olivet Baptist Church, 3440 W. 13th St., Wichita, Kan. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Breeding Educational Trust C/O of Olivet Baptist Church at the above address.
