Bernice Ware, 93, of Blackwell died on Saturday, Jan.3 2004 at Bronte Health Care and Rehab in Bronte.

Funeral sevices were held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday Jan. 5, 2004 at Blackwell Baptist Church with Rev. John Curry officiating. Burial will follow at Blackwell Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home.

Ware was born on July 24, 1910 in Blackwell and married W. D. Ware on Sept 12, 1927 in Sweetwater. She was homemaker, a member of Blackwell Baptist Church most of her life and was a lifelong resident of Blackwell.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W. D. Ware on Sept. 23,1984.

Pallbearers will be Greg Burwick, Gid Ware, Dale Keiner, Charlie Jacobs, David Williams, and Jerry Hall.
