Ronnie Edwin Taylor, age 68, of Russellville passed away Thursday, April 1, 2015, at the VA Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born in Logan County, KY, on September 6, 1946, to the late William T. Taylor and Jewell Johnson Taylor. He was a Manager for Xerox and a member of Pearidge House of Prayer. He was a Gideon and served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam conflict.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Patsy Tooley Taylor. One Son – Tim Taylor (Stacy) of Auburn, KY. One Daughter – Lisa Marie Taylor (Abel) of Jacksonville, FL. One Sister – Carole Dodson (Herman) of Darlington, WS Two Grandchild – Alexandria Blair and Mansi Malakai.
Funeral services for Ronnie Edwin Taylor will be conducted Monday, April 6, 2015, at 2:00 P.M., at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro. Don Neal officiating and burial will follow in the Russellville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, April 5, 2015, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Monday from 8:00 A.M. until the funeral hour at 2:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to Gideons International. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
