Mr. Ware was born May 31, 1880, in California, to Elias Benton and Mary Ann Smith Ware. He married Florence Burnham, Oct.. 26, 1921 at Rialto, calif.
Mr. Ware was a Spanish American War veteran; member Christian church, retired Wasatch Oil Co., 1937.
He is survived by his widow, son, Melvin E., Woods Cross, brother, Angus Healdburg, Calif."
