Florence Hunt Webel, 79, of Toney passed away Sunday, Oct 19, 2003 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Edward Pigg of Toney; two sons, James C. Carter of Hazel Green, and Donald F. Carter of Toney; three sisters, Alice Bankston of Chicago, Jocie Lee Roberts of Gurley, and Mablean Langford of Hazel Green; one step-son, John Webel; two step-daughters, Judy Osmer and Helen Anttilo; two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. today at the Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Bevill's Chapel Cemetery.
