William Veitch resided on his father's old plantation nearby and was a lifelong communicant of Christ Church where he and his family are thought to be buried.
He and his wife Jane Abbott were the parents of four daughters who were baptized at Christ Church, including:

Verlinnea 1709/10
A son of William Veitch, perhaps by an earlier wife, was thought to be Ninian Veatch Sr. born about 1790.
