She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Cottington. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Wanda and Ron Tramondo of Oakhurst and Nancy and James Jamison of Morgantown, W. Va.; sons Robert W. Cottington of Louisville, Ky. and Steven Cottington of North Fork and his wife, Patty; seven grandchildren, Valerie and William Blair, Brandon Jamison, Amber and Sarah Cottington and Jonathon and Pamela Cottington and one great-grandchild, Courtney Mae Davis; siblings Bernice and Vivian of Kingwood, W.Va., Opal Dean of Elyria, Ohio, Barbara Ann and Roger Tennyson of Chesapeake, Va. and Louie and Rosalie Christman of Markleysburg, Pa.
