My great Uncle Curtis was born the son of Oberton Bettis Alston & Ida Mae Thompson Alston .

Curtis served in World War I and World War II.

He married Rita Louis Wisdom and together they had 4 children; Imogene Alston, Dewey Curtis Alston, Jr., Patsy Rue Alston and Zella May Alston.
