DRESDEN - Otis Edwards, 49, City of Dresden employee, died of cancer Saturday at Memphis Veterans Medical Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. James CME Church, where he was a member, with burial in Sunrise Cemetery. Bowlin Funeral Home has charge. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Edwards leaves a son, John Aaron Edwards of Paris; five sisters, Jo Jean Gardner of Warner Robins, Ga., Jacqueline Edwards of Dresden, Shirley Ware of Evansville, Ind., Peggy Willoughby of East St. Louis, Ill., and Gail Bosah of Martin, and a brother, Douglas Edwards of McKenzie.
