Dorinda was the young daughter of Robert Frank Moore and Essie Lee (Pratt) Moore. Her maternal grandparents were John M. Pratt and Sarah V. (Smith) Pratt.

According to her Death Certificate (which states that she was murdered) and the cemetery burial records, Dorinda is buried in this cemetery.

Her uncle, Edward Thomas "Edd" Pratt, (her mother's brother) is also buried in this cemetery. Edd had been the "informant" for Dorinda's Death Certificate.

No gravestone was found for Dorinda; however, a new memorial marker has been respectfully prepared and placed (Feb. 2016) by Don Henderson (contributor #48522881).

Dorinda's grave is the one that got me started making markers for all of the unmarked graves in the cemetery, about 300. In February 2024, I stopped by to leave flowers and discovered that the marker had been broken into three pieces, presumably by a mower. I will replace it as soon as my health improves enough. I own the space next to Dorinda. When I pass, my instructions are to have me cremated and for half of my cremains to be buried by her. Don Henderson
