A lifelong resident of Thomasville, Donald was born on December 2, 1958 a son of the late Donald Earnest Beckerdite, Sr. and Annie Mae Steed Beckerdite. He was retired from Lowes Food where he worked as a meat cutter. Donald was of the Methodist faith.
Surviving is his sister, Mary Beckerdite Loflin and her husband Harold of Thomasville; special nephews, Jack Loflin and Brett Loflin both of Thomasville.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 10, 2013 in the Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
