A. Glenn Eddleman, 69, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday night at Union County Nursing Home, Anna.
A former Jonesboro elementary school teacher, he was also formerly a bookkeeper for Daniel Grocery Co. in Murphysboro. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Jonesboro.
Born Jan. 30, 1902 in Union County, he was the son of Sidney and Emma Stoner Eddleman. He married Flora Brown in 1921 at Jonesboro.
Mr. Eddleman is survived by his wife; a son, Harold; brothers, Ward and Van; and a sister, Opal Palmer.
Funeral services will be Friday in the chapel of Norris and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
