Jo Ann Stockard, 77, of Chico went to be with her Lord on Saturday, March 21, 2015, at home. Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hawkins Chapel in Bridgeport. Interment: Aurora Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Hawkins Chapel. Jo was born to L.B. and Joyce "McMakin" Moffett. She married Carroll Stockard on Oct. 30, 1982, in Weatherford. She retired from Bell Helicopter and was in the Wise County Art Guild and Sand Flat Art Association. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry Lee Stufflebeme; daughter, Jana Kay Stufflebeme; brother, Donald Lee Moffett. Survivors: Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Carroll Stockard; sons, Gary Stufflebeme and wife, Sharon, Blake Stockard, Tim Stockard and wife, Lisa, Tony Stockard and wife, Juliette; grandchildren, Caitlin, Nicole and Heidi Stufflebeme, Jason Brents, Jennifer Merritt, Stetson, Shelby, Jane, Charlie, and Boyd Stockard; and numerous extended family and friends.
