DRESDEN - Frances Nell Irvine, 61, homemaker, died Monday of cancer at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Fuller Street Baptist Church in Dresden, where she was a member, with burial in Sunrise Cemetery here. Bowlin Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Irvine, the wife of Billy Irvine, also leaves seven daughters, Rachel L. McDaniel of McKenzie, Frances Mignone Irvine of Martin, Margaret Ann Capps, Gloria Jean Bailey and Tammie Lee Irvine, all of Dresden, Deborah Lairy of Union City an d Lisa Edmontson of Paris; two sons, Paul Irvine of Binghamton, N.Y., and Shawn Irvine of Dresden; two sisters, Elnore Lightner of Dresden and Ivy Tanner of Jamaica, N.Y.; a brother, James A. Ford of Lansing, Mich.; and 22 grandchildren.
