Andres C. Costilla, age 63, of Castroville, TX, passed away March 6, 2015 in San Antonio. Andres was born February 21, 1952 in Lockney, TX, to Julio N. and Maria Chavez Costilla. He was a long haul truck driver. Survivors include his children, Jason (Brittany Glover) Costilla and Felisa (Simon Guajardo) Costilla, all of Devine; siblings, Ernesto Costilla of St. Paul, MN, Lilley (Paul) Solis of Castroville, Susanna (Pablo) Cruz of San Antonio and Michael (Melisa) Costilla of Hondo; step-daughters, Mary Lou Garza-Botello of Castroville, Melissa Rodriguez of San Antonio, Maribel Garza of San Antonio; ten grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. His parents have preceded him in death. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home with a Rosary at 6 p.m. The family will gather at Andres’s home after the conclusion of visitation on Tuesday.
