"Andrew Trudeau resided at the corner of 4th & Bluff streets in 1873 in Marquette Michigan. He was a saloon keeper between 1873 and 1891, at 414 South Front Street, in Marquette, Michigan. He resided in Governor Swineford cottage at 113 Palms Street between 1884 and 1890 in Marquette, Michigan. He purchased the house on 05 Jun 1891. He was naturalized on Nov 5, 1885. He resided at 237 W. Michigan Street in 1886 through 1887.

The 1880 census lists him as Andrew Tredian, age 35, born in Canada. The 1900 census states that he was age 54, born December 1845 in Canada.

The Marquette Mining Journal, January 17, 1905 yesterday morning, was one of the early settlers of Marquette having been a resident of this city for 44 years. He was 58 years of age, having come to the then village of Marquette while still a boy. He has a record of 15 years of service with the old MH & O railroad and of later years has been in the berry business, also conducting at the barroom at the Carp furnace location. The deceased leaves 6 sons, Joseph, George, John and Edward of Marquette, William of Calumet and Louis who is out west. The daughters are Emma, Lillian, Mrs. Fred Derocher and Mrs. Lajeunesse.

Mr Trudeau was a member of the St. Jean-Baptiste Society. The funeral will be held from the home of his son George, 526 Oak St. tomorrow morning at 9:00 with services from St. John's Church. He is buried at Holy Cross Cemetery in Marquette, Michigan, Lot 58 Block 1. He died of uremia.

1891 - Anna Finney Trudeau lived in the home at 113 Palm Street until she died in 1891. The house was purchased by Andrew Trudeau after her death.
