Henry Atland, aged 66, died this morning after an illness from kidney trouble resulting in uremic poisoning.
He leaves his wife and one daughter.
The funeral will be from the home of William D. Thorn on Eighth Street Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
Mr. Atland was a well known resident of Alton.
