Willie "Red" Theo Shaw, age 82, of Alvin, passed away on May 13, 2006, in Lake Jackson. Willie was born on June 14, 1923, in Lovelady, Texas, to parents, Willie and Elizabeth Shaw. He moved from Trinity, Texas, to Alvin in the early 1950s and lived there ever since. Willie, or "Red" as he was known to his friends, worked as a foreman for Amaco Productions, a career from which he retired after 41 years of service. Willie was also a member of the American Legion in Alvin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Geneva Shaw; and his parents, Willie and Elizabeth. He is survived by his sons: Dale Shaw of Webster, and Doug Shaw and wife, Carol, of Huntsville; and grandchildren: Thomas, Timmy, Tray , Rusty and Shannon Shaw.
