Carolyn S. "Pooch" Frymier, 72, of Parkersburg passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010. She was born in West Union, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Catherine D. Ammons Broadwater.

Mrs. Frymier was a 1956 graduate of Doddridge County High School. She was a homemaker and was very devoted to her family. She was a member of Stout Memorial U.M. Church.

Survivors include her husband, Robert E. Frymier, whom she married June 7, 1957; one daughter, Debra Busch and husband Andrew of Charlotte, N.C.; one son, Jeffrey Frymier and wife Ann of Oxford, Ohio; one brother, William Broadwater and wife Louise of Aliquippa, Pa.; four grandchildren, Katherine Busch, David Busch, Julia Frymier, and Nicholas Frymier.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg with the Rev. Dr. T. Patrick Kerr officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until time of service.
