She owned and operated a beauty salon in Slatington for 24 years, retiring in 1971.
Born in Slatington, she was a daughter of the late Oscar W. and Ida P. (Wehr) Bachman.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Slatington.
A sister, Eva I. of Slatington, is her only immediate survivor.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Fox Funeral Home, 1002 Main St., Slatington. A calling hour will precede the services.
