Katherine (Strozyk) Chudy, 93, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015.

She was a member of Immaculate of Heart of Mary Catholic Church, the Altar Society and Rosary Sodality. Her first job was with the Jacksonville Ordinance Plant during World War II, she later became a homemaker and raised her children. After her husband passed away, she worked in food service at St. Vincent’s Infirmary for 15 years.

She is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia (Cyril) Kita and Pamela (Bill) Boehmer, all of North Little Rock; two sons, Larry Chudy, of North Little Rock and Ronnie (Tami) Chudy, of Mabelvale; nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, August J. Chudy; daughter, Susan George; parents, Lawrence and Frances Pauline Gubanski Strozyk; six brothers, Michael, Felix, Edmund, Leo, Floyd, and Lawrence; and six sisters, Rosie, Josephine, Eleanor, Albena, Clara(twin Sister) and Alma.

Memorials may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 7006 Jasna Gora Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118.

A Rosary service will be held at 10:00 a.m., with the Mass of Christian burial following at 11:00 a.m., Saturday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Burial will be in Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery
