Larry G. Klink, age 75, of Riceville, Iowa went to heaven on Monday March 9, 2015 at Rochester, Minnesota.

Larry Gene Klink was born on the family farm in rural Floyd County to Krene and Sophie (Heins) Klink on February 20, 1940. He attended Jenkins Number 2 country school and graduated from Riceville High School in 1958. After graduation he attended Universal Trade School in Omaha, Nebraska. Larry was united in marriage to Janet May on November 25, 1982 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.

Larry loved farming, fixing machinery, and working and repairing things around the farm. Travel was a great enjoyment for Larry and Janet. They have traveled to every state but one. Larry enjoyed visiting local casinos.

Survivors include his wife Janet of Riceville, a brother Dale of Riceville, a sister Dorothy Klink of Osage, Iowa and sister June Richardson of Omaha, Nebraska.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Lenora Roethler and a niece Terri Roethler.

6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville, Iowa.

10:00 am on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Riceville, Iowa.
