Born in Wellpinit, Wash., Mr. Webb died Wednesday.
He served in the Army during World War II and in the European Theater with Gen. George Patton. After being discharged in 1945 he moved to Newport, where he worked at various jobs.
Mr. Webb was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post No. 2877 in Toppenish, Wash., and the Newport Eagles.
His wife, Shirley, preceded him in death in 1989.
His survivors include two daughters, Sandi Berkimer of Kalispell, Mont., and Nancy Miller of Anchorage, Alaska; a brother, Chuck Dyer of Wilbur, Wash.; two sisters, Laura Douvia of Missoula and Lorraine Haynes of Colville, Wash.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
