Margery Hufford Clay 93, Danville, died April 14, 2004. She was born November 22, 1910 in Danville. She received her Masters' Degree from Northwestern University and Indiana University. She was a graduate of Central Normal College and a 1928 graduate of Danville High School. She was a librarian at Fulton Jr. High School, retiring in 1976, and was also the Music and Choir Director for Danville Community Schools. She was a member of Tri Kappa; Delta Kappa Gamma; Indiana State Retired Teacher's Association; Philomathean Club; Browning Club; DAR; and Danville United Methodist Church, since 1920. Services will be held at Noon Saturday, April 17 at Baker Funeral Home, Danville, with calling from 10 a.m. until services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Danville United Methodist Church, 820 W. Mill St., Danville, IN 46122. She was preceded in death by her son Max Clay; and two sisters. Survivors include her son, Jack Clay of Danville; and 2 grandchildren.
