Funeral services for Ethel Colette Colvin Eubanks 89, of Winnsboro will be held 2 pm Saturday, March7, 2015, at Ft. Necessity Baptist Church, with Rev. Leon Ward and Marcia Dees officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Gill First National Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1pm until service time.

Ms. Eubanks was born January 29, 1926 to the union of Charles Ainsley Colvin and Cornelia Wilks Colvin and passed from this life on March 5, 2015 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe.

Ms. Eubanks was married 36 years to Elton "Cotton" Eubanks. She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church and owner and operator of Bo Peep Diner in Eldorado, Arkansas for 30 years. She moved back to Franklin Parish in 1984.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Elton "Cotton" Eubanks; two brothers: Charles Colvin and Wilkes Colvin and one sister Edna L. Elkins.

Survivors include her two children: Martha Ann Burnside husband Kermit of Jigger , Jerry Thomas and wife Carolyn of Winnsboro; five grandchildren; Keith William Burnside and wife Cheryl of Nashville, TN:; Sheila Muller and husband Greg of Chicago, IL; Jarrod Thomas and wife Kitty of Winnsboro and Johnathan Thomas and wife Jessica of Winnsboro. Ten Great-grandchildren; one sister Martha Louise Hammond of Quitman; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Jessie Thomas, Jarrod Thomas Jr. and Tim Eubanks. Honorary Pallbearer will be Michael William Burnside.
