Roy Lavern Peck was born July 8, 1911 to Cecil and Christine (Larson) Peck in Emerald, Wisconsin. At a young age his family moved to Wolf Creek, Wisconsin and that is where Roy received his education and spent most of his adult life. On March 13, 1951 he was united in marriage to Opal Anderson at Sherburn, Minnesota. After their marriage they farmed near Cushing, Wisconsin until retiring and moving to Trimont, Minnesota in 1993.
Roy was a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Trimont, Minnesota.
He is survived by his wife, Opal Peck of Trimont, Minnesota; his three daughters, Susan Leibold of Brainerd, Minnesota, Avis Byers and her husband, Robin of Kewaskum, Wisconsin, Phylis Lowe of Balsam Lake, Wisconsin; his two sons and their wives, Keith and Elsie Louis of Grantsburg, Wisconsin; fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; his two brothers, Herbert Peck and his wife, Lucille of Danbury, Wisconsin and Raymond Peck and his wife, Jean of Kerrville, Texas, his sister, Gladys E. Matthews of Kent, Washington; several nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Roy was proceeded in death by his parents and four brothers and other relatives.
